Welcome in my new online space!

Hi! my name is Thomas Vos and I’m full time activist and speaker.
Currently I’m coordinating Pronouns Page (in my 4th year) and write my little silly books that may see the light of the day. One day.

Today I am going back to blogging. I feel, yet again, the need to express myself and my thoughts to wider audience and not be a slave to algorithms and their forced language. I want to be able to say what i feel without fear that some technocrat will deem my content “unfriendly for advertisers” and take it down just because.

I want you all to have space to come and see what me and my teams are doing without it being taken down. I want you to get inspired by our work, by our past and see current place and get from it the strength to move forward yourself.

My own life story is tragic and full of abuse and hate. Yet i am able to thrive as an adult and i know i can lift up others with me.

I believe that humans are inherently good. But we act stupid when we’re scared and angry.

Contrary to many other folks, i don’t want you to feel ashamed for being scared or angry at reality. But i am absolutely 100% sure that we can build a world that works for us all! And that this change for economy of care and society of support is truly easy to achieve, pleasant for all and that we just need the numbers to make it happen.

Bio-details

I’m just a 28 year old, polish born, Dutch motherfucker, who is angry at world, creative at heart, family oriented. I’m person who holds dearly and close to the heart honest and hard working people. I’m a person who cares about my community and someone who is not afraid of cutting people off when they clearly need to be left alone.

Growing up in ultra religious and conservative family taught me a lot of things about life, care and support. It also taught me how NOT to do those things.

I share a lot about my upbringing and how it shaped me in my upcoming book “i died, and now I’m doing what i want”.

I’m happily married for 6 years and in relationship for 11 (as per post date, i will not update it periodically). We built our life together from zero, starting with just a few bags of belongings and moldy room on the outskirts of the city we lived in. And we went through all the steps of unfucking ourselves and creating a new life together.

We built and sustained a large collective of anarchist volunteers who do fantastic job at Pronouns.Page, teaching people how language can work for them, that this is not set in stone set of words and rules that needs to be followed. Recently we celebrated 1millionth registered user, for years we have been part of many fantastic translations, reviews and events.

And the journey is not over.

All of that holds many lessons and thoughts. I want to share them all and in the process learn from y’all who dare to read it.
